No Death Panel?

There is no death panel in HR3200? Well that's not exactly true.
The death panel has nothing to do with the coverage of end of life counseling. The death panel comes in when government employees evaluate treatment. The death panel comes in when government employees set criteria for when treatment is appropriate or not appropriate. Obama said I am not for pulling the plug on Grandma - On the other hand if Grandma is 85 and has bad kidneys - well she probably won't meet the criteria for cancer treatment. That is NOT patient centered medicine. That is COST centered medicine. This is the wrong prescription for America.
